This notice explains how information submitted through this Anchor website is handled.
What you share
The join list collects your name, email, city, and permission to receive Anchor updates. Partnership inquiries collect your name, company, role, email, partnership interest, and any message you choose to provide.
How it is used
Anchor uses join-list information to share experiences and community updates. Partnership information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential collaborations. Submissions are stored in the website’s database and available to the site owner in a restricted inbox.
Services and external links
The website is hosted through Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and secure the service. When email delivery is enabled, partnership inquiry details are also processed by Resend to notify Anchor and support replies. Fonts are served with the website. Links to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Luma take you to services with their own privacy policies. Luma also provides embedded registration on this site. RSVP links pass campaign labels and, when present in the page URL, advertising click identifiers to Luma so Anchor can understand where registrations come from. Campaign labels are kept in this browser tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes so they can follow your visit between Anchor pages. Advertising click identifiers are not saved in that storage. The website does not use cookies for these labels or load advertising pixels or a separate analytics service.
Your choices
To stop receiving updates, request a correction, or ask for your submission to be deleted, email hammad@anchorplatform.app. Information is retained for managing the list or responding to your inquiry until it is no longer needed or you request removal.
